March 2008 EDR CREATES OVER 650 SEGMENTS FOR KROGER’S RETAIL NETWORKOver the past 18 months EDR has been working closely with the In-Store Broadcasting Network to create over 650 content segments for Kroger’s Retail Media Network. The segments include Kroger promotional messaging; ad spots for third-party vendors such as Kellogg’s, Pepsi Cola and Maybelline-Garnier; and entertaining interstitial content. This far-ranging project has made full use of EDR’s comprehensive media production services including graphic design, location and studio production, 2D and 3D animation, original music composition and sound design. The result is content of the highest quality. Recently EDR’s role in the network expanded significantly to include creative concepting in addition to production fulfillment -- developing concepts for several new types of informative, interstitial messaging targeted towards Kroger shoppers.
